RETURN POLICY

MAGIC TREE NUTRITION will accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from MAGIC TREE NUTRITION (online or phone) only when the following conditions are satisfied:

All MAGIC TREE NUTRITION items to be returned must have a Return Authorization number (RA#). Customer must contact MAGIC TREE NUTRITION with reason for return in order to obtain the RA#. This RA# must be written on the return package in order to be considered for a refund or exchange. 

Apparel: To be considered for reimbursement, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.

Accessories: To be considered for reimbursement, accessories must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the original packaging.

Dietary Supplements: To be considered for reimbursement, dietary supplements must be unopened and in the original packaging. If opened, you must obtain authorization from MAGIC TREE NUTRITION prior to returning your item.

Electronic media (DVDs, CDs, mp3, and other downloadable files): Owing to piracy issues, electronic media cannot be returned for reimbursement.

Printed products (books, calendars, posters, etc.): To be considered for reimbursement, all printed products and all other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Other items: All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

All items must be received by MAGIC TREE NUTRITION within 60 days of purchase. In all cases refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Please note that we do not have the ability to trace your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Place items to be returned in shipping package. Write “RA#” (see above) on the top of the return package.
